Vertiv Holdings (NYSE:VRT) has acquired Waylay NV, a Belgium-based company in hyperautomation and generative AI software platforms, as part of its continued investment in AI-driven monitoring and control technologies for its power and cooling systems.

Vertiv expects this investment to
