If you think C-Suite networking is all about what you can get? Think again! This #short reveals a powerful, often overlooked strategy that builds immense reputational capital for top executives. Stop asking for favors and start giving them to build an unshakeable reputation that will open doors for your entire career!
The Easiest Way to Negotiate a Higher Salary
If you’re an executive or operator of the C-suite, you already know that applying for jobs isn’t for you. The reality is, it’s not the way you’re going to find your next role. One way is by planting seeds, and the way to plant seeds is make warm introductions your currency. Don’t just simply ask for introductions; give them. Be a connector; be the person who connects two other high-level people for their mutual benefit. Introduce executive recruiters to people who you know, and make that introduction beneficial to both. When you introduce others to opportunities, insights, opinions, partnerships, you build reputational capital that can wind up coming back to benefit you for many years to come, and as has been said many times, not many years to come, but tenfold while you’re quietly on the market. I have a lot more available at jobsarch.com community. Come over to the site, download some of the free content you think is appropriate, and then from there, become an insider at one of the higher tiers, and this way I can work toward helping you.
