Aquazzura’s inaugural eyewear collection represents a strategic expansion for the luxury footwear brand into lifestyle accessories, and founder Edgardo Osorio positioned the launch as a natural brand evolution. The debut line consists of three meticulously crafted sunglass styles, dubbed Palm Beach, Tiviera, and Bella. These silhouettes were produced by specialist artisans in Italy’s Veneto region, which is known for premium eyewear manufacturing.

Aquazzura’s inaugural eyewear collection emphasizes artisanal quality through hand-finished acetate frames and premium metal accents. Each design incorporates distinctive brand signatures. For example, a delicate metal palm motif is subtly integrated into the temple detailing of the sunglasses. This references the label’s coastal inspirations.

The packaging of the pieces is also noteworthy as it echoes the brand’s luxury handbag aesthetic. The metallic cases that house the sunglasses draw inspiration from the aesthetics of evening clutch bags.
