Donald Trump rushed to defend Fox News host Mark Levin after Megyn Kelly mocked him with a crude ‘micropenis’ insult during a heated clash over the Iran war.
The conflict has created a noticeable schism among Trump’s most prominent MAGA loyalists, with Levin and Kelly trading obscene personal insults over the weekend.
Levin, a pro-Israel hardline conservative, backs Trump’s decision to launch military strikes on the regime, while Kelly, a former Fox host, vehemently opposes it.
‘Poor Megyn Kelly. An emotionally unhinged, lewd, and petulant wreck. She’s completely revealed and destroyed herself,’ Levin wrote on Sunday. ‘She’s everything people say she is, but much worse. Never an intelligent, thoughtful, or substantive comment. Utterly toxic.’
Kelly, 55, fired back by dubbing Levin ‘Micropenis Mark’ adding that ‘he tweets about me obsessively in the crudest, nastiest terms possible…He doesn’t like it when women like me fight back. [Because] of his micropenis.’
Trump, as he commands a war in the Middle East, decided to wade into the conflict by backing Levin in a 348-word statement on Truth Social.
The President said Levin is a ‘truly Great American Patriot’ that was ‘under siege by other people with far less Intellect, Capability, and Love for our Country.’
Other conservative commentators have also broken with Trump, including Tucker Carlson, Alex Jones, and Marjorie Taylor Greene, clashing with Levin over the war.
