Emily Miller and Cam Holmes have some exciting news — times two!

The Too Hot to Handle alums, who met while filming season 2 of the hit Netflix dating series, are expecting twins. They announced Miller's pregnancy in an Instagram reel on Sunday, Feb. 15.

The sweet clip shows the couple wearing coordinating looks — jeans and white T-shirts — as they walked away from the camera, each holding their 19-month-old son Reggie's hand. Then, Miller and Holmes can be seen dressing the toddler in a cream sweater embroidered with the words "BIG Brother."

"Reggie, what's in Mummy's tummy?" Miller asked in a voiceover as the video showed the expectant mom and Holmes posing together with their hands on her belly.

"Baby," Reggie answered, prompting Miller to ask, "And how many?"

He then replied, "There's two," as Miller held up two sets of sonogram photos. The toddler then sweetly kissed his mom's stomach.

Miller captioned the video, "2 more to adore👶🏼🤍," revealing that the babies are due on Aug. 23.

A number of Too Hot to Handle stars shared their well-wishes for the family in the comments section.

Francesca Farago — who herself welcomed a set of twins in November 2024 — wrote, "AHHH WELCOME TO THE TWIN CLUB!!!!😭😭😭🤍🎉🎉."

Melinda Melrose commented: "Omg my heart is soooo full for you both!!! Omg congratulations you guys!!! Your beautiful family is growing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ be right back going to go cry now."

Miller and Holmes' twin pregnancy reveal comes four months after the couple announced their engagement. In an October 2025 joint post on Instagram, they shared a series of photos of the sunset beach proposal, which included their son Reggie.

"IT FINALLY HAPPENED💍🤍," Miller wrote in the caption.

The photos offered a glimpse of Holmes' romantic proposal setup, which included candles and white roses. In one image, Miller showed off her sparkling engagement ring and in another, the couple celebrated as they held their son.

In a separate engagement post on his Instagram Stories, Holmes wrote, "Introducing my future wife👰🤍."

Miller and Holmes became first-time parents on June 6, 2024, when Reggie made his arrival into the world. They shared the happy news on Instagram at the time.

The post featured a black-and-white photo of the newborn, with his tiny hand being held by his parents' hands. "Reggie Ruston Miller-Holmes 🥹🤍 20.06.2024," the caption read.

Speaking exclusively with PEOPLE ahead of Reggie's birth in January 2024, Miller shared how she thought she and Holmes would balance each other out as parents.

"We've spoken about this, and I'm definitely going to be the pushover," she said at the time. "If you saw the way I treated my dog, you would understand what he means. Cam's dad was in the military, so Cam grew up with … I wouldn't say a strict upbringing, but definitely there were rules in place. So, yeah, I'm definitely going to be the more lenient one."
