Here’s an interview red flag you should pay attention to. Companies that have a lengthy multi-step application process requiring you to complete extensive detailed forms, multiple assessments and go through several rounds of interviews. Frankly, I don’t mind the interview so much because it gives you a chance to meet people but all the other stuff combined with that that really ticks me off because frankly if you’re good why would you put up with this crap I don’t care

how bad the market is there are firms that will treat you better so look for firms to have a more streamlined process where you can that eliminate all the minutiae it’s really not about you it’s about them and government reporting.
