Exberry Organics Brilliant Pink has been announced as the latest addition to the food coloring by GNT that addresses increasing calls for natural solutions in the food and beverage industry. The liquid-based concentrate is made from purple sweet potatoes that have been organically grown in line with the standards set in both the US and Europe. The solution is achieved using physical processing methods and is reported to perform well in a variety of applications where high heat processing is observed.
