The drink starts off with kombucha flavored with organic passionfruit sourced from fourth-generation farmer Amadora in Mairena del Alcor, Seville, Spain. The passionfruit isn’t harvested from the vine, but instead sees nets laid beneath the plants to catch the fruits at their peak of ripeness to ensure the utmost attention to freshness. This is allowed to shine in the raw, unfiltered kombucha that works well with the vibrant, tangy flavor.
Founder Josh Puddle commented on the MOMO Kombucha Amadora’s Passion Fruit Kombucha saying, “We’re incredibly excited about this brand new collaboration with Natoora; our first Spanish-grown seasonal flavour, and our first working with a female producer.
