The Frederick is a new dining establishment located on the ground level of Toronto’s historic Dineen Building. The concept presents a contemporary interpretation of a classic bar and grill. Its interior design emphasizes a comfortable yet polished atmosphere through carefully selected materials like leather, brass, and wood.
The Frederick’s culinary direction is led by chef Cory Vitiello, who focuses on familiar, traditional dishes such as burgers, handmade pasta, and shareable appetizers. The importance of high-quality sourcing and refined techniques is thoroughly emphasized in the presentation of these meals. The beverage menu, on the other hand, is characterized as seasonal and approachable.
From business lunches to extended evening meals, The Frederick is positioned as a welcoming and versatile venue, with a capacity for 95 guests indoors and an additional 30 on the patio.
