Be out there and be seen, such as like conferences (even virtual ones), executive roundtables and peer groups, webinars with private equity firms and thought leaders. How about invitation-only leadership forums like YPO or Chief or Vistage? You don’t have to speak in order to be seen, but the idea is you show up, engage thoughtfully, and follow up intentionally.
