Founded by Michelin-trained chefs James Zamory, Aaron Saurer, and Sean McDermott, Carnal is building on the success of its hero product, the Black Truffle & Black Garlic Beef Stick, with its latest launch. Umami Cut Jerky is made from quality beef cuts infused with aged soy, fermented black garlic, and spring black truffle for layered flavors and a steak-like texture.
