If you’ve got credentials, put yourself out there. Speak on panels, become a guest on podcasts, webinars, alumni events. Because what this does is a couple of things. Number one, it positions you as a thought leader without pitching yourself. It gives you a reason to follow up with the attendees, panelists, or organizers, people who know your name and your voice. You can start locally before you branch out from there, and I know a number of people who followed this advice and they’ve had great results with it. The long and the short of it is you want to be seen as the expert in your area of expertise and that requires you be visible. The more visible you get, the more AI is also going to be able to help you become even more visible, not just simply for this search, but for many years to come.
