British brand Friends of Wilson presents the Linear Light with its acoustic dampening components and sculptural design language. It is a pendant design crafted from wool felt materials which bring a tranquil energy and reduce noise with its material. Lynne Wilson, the founder of the brand, created the shade using materials from a local felt manufacturer, cutting them into a range of panels.

Wilson explains the design, “With its minimal parts and repeated forms, the beauty of Linear’s design comes about through the simplicity and logic of its construction. Linear’s abstract, contemporary form is in synergy with our collection of unique design interior acoustic products – designs with beauty and meaning that transcend their practical function to become works of art.”
