RTX’s Pratt & Whitney develops additive manufacturing to reduce engine repair time

RTX Corp. (NYSE:RTX) +3.2% pre-market Tuesday after saying its Pratt & Whitney subsidiary has developed a new additive manufacturing repair process for critical geared turbofan engine components that will reduce process time by more than 60%.
