Pretty much if it has the Platypod logo stamped on it you know it was created with lots of thought and input from photographers before coming to market. Many times I didn’t know I would end up using Platypod gear as much as I do. Same as for the Mag and Tab. The Mag gear gets five stars and the Tab a four star. I felt that the slider on the Tab could be less loose but that is a minor quibble which can be mitigated with turning the set knob closer to closed. Overall, it’s winner gear.
