Evaton’s FIO A FIO is an innovative white wine blend from Portugal’s Vinho Verde region. Recently entering the U.S. market, this new offering combines indigenous Portuguese grape varieties like Fernão Pires, Loureiro, and Alvarinho to create a light, aromatic wine with pronounced tropical fruit characteristics and crisp acidity.

FIO A FIO’s concept draws inspiration from traditional Portuguese embroidery and lace work. Its name, translated from Portuguese, means ‘Thread by Thread.’ Stephen Brauer, Evaton CEO, comments about the release: “FIO A FIO, a breakthrough white wine from Portugal, captures the essence of its heritage while meeting the tastes and stylistic preferences of today’s modern wine drinker.
