The product is crafted with a premium plant-based recipe that’s formulated with mature cheddar as the inspiration and boasts a rich, crumbly texture that doesn’t skimp on indulgence. The plant-based cheese, however, features 30% less fat than traditional dairy cheese and is also a good source of protein, while also being free from the top 14 allergens. The product also doesn’t have any artificial preservatives or GMOs and is fortified with vitamin B12.
