Goldwin 0, the Japanese brand’s experimental offshoot, introduces its SS25 “Performance Capsule,” developed in collaboration with its in-house Techlab and creative director Nur Abbas. Leveraging heat‑mapping technology, the team analyzed runners’ bodies to identify areas prone to sun exposure and sweat. That data informed an architectural approach to apparel design, resulting in garments with purpose-engineered cutouts, ventilation panels, and reflective accents—appearing understated from afar but highly technical up close.
The capsule consists of five key pieces: long- and short-sleeve tees, waterproof ripstop shorts, compression half-tights, and an updated Star Trail Pack featuring 26 airflow holes. Rendered in earthy tones with quick-dry fabrics, each item merges minimalist aesthetics with practical trail-running performance. This collection furthers Goldwin’s legacy of material innovation, emphasizing both functional beauty and the evolving role of data‑driven design
