Performance-Oriented Carbon Fiber Frames : carbon fiber frame

Chinese cycling brand evolve® has entered the high-performance road bike market with its debut carbon fiber frame, CIMA. The design represents a significant technical achievement that combines aerospace-grade T1100, T800, and M40 carbon fibers to achieve an exceptionally light 650-gram weight for the unpainted, size Medium frame.

CIMA maintains structural integrity in its performance-driven composition, having undergone 21 internal tests that surpass ISO standards, including demanding fatigue testing that subjects the seatpost to 1440 Newtons of force for 10,000 cycles. Independent verification by Germany’s respected Zedler Institute awarded the frame its ‘Advanced’ certification, providing third-party confirmation of its structural integrity.

The carbon fiber frame has been engineered with six size options, multiple fork offsets, and bottom bracket drops to accommodate riders from 146cm to 202cm while maintaining consistent handling characteristics across the entire range.
