Gasoline prices at the pump are spiking in the Midwest ahead of the Labor Day weekend, Bloomberg reported Monday, after BP’s (NYSE:BP) 435K bbl/day refinery in Whiting, Indiana – the largest refinery in the Midwest – shut multiple processing units
