Melanie Griffith didn’t need much persuasion when it comes to sharing how she feels about daughter Dakota Johnson’s new role. 

After The Social Network actress debuted her racy Calvin Klein spring 2026 ad campaign, the Body Double star gave her daughter her flowers.

“Isn’t she lovely?” Melanie commented under Dakota’s March 8 Instagram post where she posed in a black bra and underwear set. “My beautiful Coqui in her Calvin’s.”

Indeed, Dakota, 36, stripped down to her blue jeans for a topless commercial for the brand’s latest collection of denim and undergarments.

In the commercial directed and photographed by Gordon von Steiner, the Fifty Shades star lounges on a sofa as she reads over a script, later cutting to Dakota enjoying a solo game of pool while sporting nothing but a pair of the brand’s panties and dark heels.

After lounging by a luxurious pool with a book by her side, the Materialists actress could be seen dancing on a bed while wearing a pair of baggy blue jeans. To conceal her breasts, Dakota left little to the imagination as she used her long brown locks to cover them. Moments later, the risqué ad continues in the kitchen, where she places a set of pomegranates over her chest followed by a pitcher and coffee cup.
