Incident Breaks Out After Man Calls DDG “Doo Doo Garbage”

On Saturday, May 31, DDG’s brother DuB and members of his entourage were involved in a physical altercation at the DreamCon convention in Houston.

The incident was sparked when a man who approached DDG and his crew and repeatedly called the rapper “Doo Doo Garbage,” a name made popular by YouTuber Solluminati during an online feud with DDG.

Many attendees were live-streaming the event, including DDG at the time of the incident. Video footage circulating online shows DuB confronting the man for the comments made towards his brother, followed by punches being thrown.

On Sunday, the man involved in the altercation took to social media to share his side of the story. He claims he was assaulted and now plans to take legal action against DDG and/or DuB. He also says the fight left his chain broken, his glasses missing, and led to his ban from DreamCon.

Following the incident, “Doo Doo Garbage” started trending on X, and DDG didn’t stay silent.

Shortly after, the video started making it rounds, DDG posted a series of emojis that seemingly mirrored the insult: “💩💩🗑️”

Then, in response to a fan who tweeted, “Calling DDG doo doo garbage is so simple yet hilarious every time,” DDG clapped back with: “Last n**** that said that lost some Mario coins,” referring to the DreamCon incident.
