Hakkasan in London launched the Cygnet 77 Martini Duet, which features a pair of dirty martinis made for sharing, plus a side of Prunier caviar. The classic dirty martinis are made with Welsh gin brand Cygnet’s 77 expression, aged for more than 12 months in Welsh whisky barrels with Manuka honey to add depth to its notes of juniper, chamomile and woods.

Hakkasan’s Duet series features two cocktails, designed for sharing, and fortunately for those who are unenthused about sipping their martini with an olive, other options are available. With the rise of shareable menu items and dishes designed for two, bars and restaurants are tapping into the social side of dining to offer experiences that bring people together and keep them lingering longer.
