Do you ever struggle with confidence when speaking in important situations, like on a job interview? Learn how having go-to phrases and outlines can dramatically boost your confidence and help you communicate effectively in any scenario.

Thus, for you as a job hunter, what you can do is identify 10 or 15 questions that you get asked on interviews or that you will be asked on interviews and create answers for yourself that you can rehearse saying. Think of it as like a personal script library for yourself. And thus, in your search, through the practice and repetition of answers, you’ll get a boost of confidence because you know this stuff at this point. You’ve rehearsed your lines just like an actor does, and that’ll make a huge amount of difference.
