Additionally, it’s not clear when Kristin resigned, nor has she issued a public statement. However, a rep for the company confirmed the tea, telling Eileen Reslen:

“BREAKING: Kristin Cabot has resigned from Astronomer following her Coldplay kiss cam scandal with her ex-boss Andy Byron. A rep for Astronomer tells me, ‘Yes, I can confirm that Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer, she has resigned.’”

Furthermore, on the heels of the viral video, Andy Byron officially tendered his resignation as CEO of Astronomer, according to a public statement released by the company on X. The Board of Directors accepted his departure and confirmed that cofounder and Chief Product Officer, Pete DeJoy, will serve as interim CEO while the search for a permanent replacement begins.
