LinkedIn’s systems have changed what they want to see in a profile to refer you.
Keyword stuffing your LinkedIn profile doesn’t work like it once did because they’ve changed how they refer people and what causes them to refer you. Let me explain what you need to do. I’m Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter.

So they’re not entering terms anymore.
They might search along the lines of find someone who modernized legacy infrastructure and cut cloud costs without breaking reliability or find someone who built a security program to reduce risk and passed audits. Different, right? They’re not going security, legacy infrastructure. You know, they’re not doing it that way.
It’s actual sentences and LinkedIn has the ability to recognize from your profile and a couple of other places what it is you do and whether or not you fit that that demand. So, the long and the short of it is you need to think differently.
