The U.S. Justice Department told a Texas judge it hasn’t yet decided whether to finalize a non-prosecution agreement with Boeing (NYSE:BA) over the two deadly 737 Max crashes. The department is giving victims’ families more time to weigh in, Bloomberg News reported.
