Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are officially closing the book on their 17-year marriage.

A year after the Honey star filed for divorce from the producer, Cash moved to finalize their divorce proceedings. In the Feb. 13 filing submitted by the 47-year-old’s attorney, obtained by E! News, the dissolution of their marriage is uncontested and the former couple has waived the right to spousal support. 

Once a judge signs off on their separation agreement, the pair’s divorce will formally be finalized.

E! News has reached out to Jessica’s rep and an attorney for Cash  for comment but hasn’t heard back.

Jessica—who shares kids Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 8 with Cash—filed for divorce back in February 2025, listing their official date of separation as Dec. 27, 2024. 

Days later, she shared on Instagram that she was looking forward to “greater flexibility, shedding rigidity, and embracing transformation” in the new year.

“Here’s to a colorful past year that was filled with connection, growth, adventures, laughter, peace, sisterhood, transformation, rebirth, joy and so much love,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “Sending hugs to everyone going through it.”
