The 2025 League of Legends Pride event marks the fifth annual celebration of Pride Month within the game, featuring a range of new in-game challenges and cosmetic items designed to support and represent the LGBTQIA⁺ community. The event introduces a new mission, “United Together,” which awards players 600 Battle Pass XP for completing a set number of premade team matches. Notable additions include the free “Rainbow Warpaint” emote for Rell, as well as returning cosmetic options for champions such as Graves, Twisted Fate, KʹSante, and Vi. The event also offers themed Summoner Icons that activate rainbow homeguard trails during specific update cycles, thereby extending the celebratory experience throughout the designated period.
In addition to the in-game content, the 2025 Pride event is complemented by Riot Games’ broader community engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives. As part of the festivities, Riot Games is making a donation of $100,000 to oSTEM, a nonprofit organization that supports LGBTQIA⁺ youth pursuing education and careers in STEM. This contribution aligns with the organization’s long-standing commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion both within the gaming community and in career development fields. The structured rollout of new items, missions, and special editions evidences a continued effort to integrate celebratory content with community support across Riot Games’ titles.
