Vicious Biscuit Rewards has been launched by the brand as part of its omnichannel strategy to provide customers with an immersive experience that incorporates both in-store and online perks. The rewards program includes a fully integrated smartphone app that will enable mobile orders, while also offering personalized loyalty rewards and more. The loyalty program is powered by Thanx and designed by MomentSpark, and is focused on delivering a unified experience for guests that incorporates all aspects of dine-in, pickup and catering.
