HUTCHMED (HCM) has announced that CEO Weiguo Su will take a leave of absence for health reasons.
In response, the company’s board has appointed Johnny Cheng, who currently serves as CFO, to the role of acting CEO, effective immediately. Cheng will hold both positions concurrently.
