Danish biotech Genmab (GMAB) is in advanced discussions to acquire Merus (NASDAQ:MRUS), a Dutch drug developer targeting head and neck cancer, Bloomberg News reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Having received takeover interest from several large biopharma
