Revo Foods Minced Fungi Protein has been added to the Austrian brand’s product portfolio as a versatile meat alternative that offers a functional benefit for consumers to appreciate. The product is crafted with four natural ingredients including the Fusarium venenatum fungus strain, rapeseed protein, canola oil and a seasoning blend that boasts herbs with sea salt. The product comes in with 25-grams of protein per 160-gram pack and is reported to outperform a variety of traditional protein varieties including beef, lentils, tofu and eggs for the protein-to-calories ratio.
