The Oak House is a beautifully designed home by MUKA Arquitecture, and it is found in the Pedrezuela municipality of Madrid, Spain. It brings attention to how architecture and integrates with its natural surroundings with ease. The structure also nods to the site’s defining components which are the pair of majestic oak trees, hence the namesake. It is also defined by its reflective water surface nearby and the wide horizon.
The form of the house is dynamic as the southern entrance his minimal and has a continuous curve with a slight transition into the dwelling of the home with a double-glass wall. This element embraces the landscape whilst bending to accommodate the aforementioned oak tree.
