A DCU graduate who films herself spitting on and assaulting foreign nationals, people she assumes are gay and those who are overweight, has amassed tens of thousands of followers and is selling her own merchandise to ‘fans’, the Irish Mail on Sunday has learned.

Chloe Power, who goes by the username ‘Empathchan the Ruthless Dictator,’ regularly posts a link to her ‘Loyal Fans’ page, a platform that allows users ‘earn’ money from ‘fans’ and followers.

The civil law graduate, in her early 20s, is part of a growing trend where vile agitators make money from being openly hateful towards people they consider different.

In one recent video, which has been viewed over a million times, the young woman accosts an Indian couple standing at a bus stop in Dublin city.

Filming the disturbing exchange she says: ‘Hey, why can’t you stay in India? Why?’

When the man turns to her with a confused look, she continues: ‘Because that’s your country.’

‘Why are you here? Why don’t you go back to India?’

Her tone becomes more aggressive as she continues to talk at the couple who are now looking away.

‘I mean like you rape women and stuff. I don’t want you raping my women here. I don’t want you raping women in Ireland, so I think you should go back to India.’

In another video which has been viewed over 40,000 times, she roars abuse at another Indian woman, again standing at a bus stop.

‘What are you staring at, you f***ing Indian freak?

‘Go back to India. This isn’t your country, b***h.

‘Go back to India – yeah, that’s what I thought, b***h.’

The woman, who has almost 40,000 followers on X alone, regularly posts footage of herself spitting on people as they pass by her on the street.

Some of her victims look at her in horror as they realise what she has done, while others walk on oblivious they have been spat at.

In one of the videos, she runs at a woman sitting at a bus stop and spits at her as she shouts ‘fat b***h!’. In others, she roars racist abuse as she spits on them as they pass by.

Among the disturbing videos posted to her account, she posts links for people to donate money or buy sweatshirts with her face printed on the front.

‘Who wants to send me money?’ she asks as she posts scantily clad pictures of herself in an apparent bid to encourage people to donate.

It’s understood that before moving on to making racist videos, the young woman tried her hand at OnlyFans. However this proved unsuccessful. 

In the past week alone, she has posted pictures of herself dressed as a Nazi, as a Trump supporter and as a US ICE agent.

In her Nazi costume post, which was viewed over 80,000 times, she commented: ‘I await the day where I can finally dress how I want without getting attacked.’

She also posted ‘all immigrants should be treated like this’ as a man is filmed being brutally beaten on the streets of Dublin.

On a post about the number of visas issued to Indian people in Ireland, she claimed: ‘Serious issue we have at our hands.

‘And nobody except for me is doing anything about it.’

In another example of a threatening post, she wrote that she needs to ‘destroy Indians’.

She added: ‘If you’re brown, unfollow me immediately.’

Other vile posts include her mocking rape victims.

‘Can someone intoxicated who was “raped” actually be “raped” if they’re low-IQ and do not know how to get out of situations?’ she posts in an apparent bid to ‘rage bait’ and prompt outrage.

She adds: ‘Seems like a skill issue to me.’

The young woman’s posts, which mostly target the Indian community, are spread online with apparent impunity each day.

They come following a year that has seen some savage and unprovoked attacks on the Indian community across Ireland.

In Tallaght, Dublin last summer, an Amazon employee was beaten and stripped naked by a racist gang that filmed it and posted the video online.

‘We’re off to get a foreigner,’ shouted one teenager to another after the innocent man walked past a playground.

The man, who had only been in Ireland for a week and was brought over by Amazon because he is a specialist in his field, was on his way to a nearby temple to pray.

The young father of an 11-month old baby was beaten, had his face slashed, was stripped naked from the waist down and had his phone and money taken.

In another savage attack that took place late last year, a ‘gentle’ Bangladeshian boy was left traumatised after being set upon in Tuam, Co. Galway.

The 13-year-old boy, who suffered the horrific attack as he walked home from school, was told his family home would be set on fire if he told his parents what happened to him.

The distraught parents of the boy only discovered what had happened to their son when a video of the incident was maliciously circulated on social media by one of the perpetrators.
