When Michelle Randolph gives interviews, the actress can’t seem to avoid the topic of Glen Powell.
After the pair were spotted hanging out in St. Barths at the end of 2025 and a 2026 Golden Globes afterparty, pop culture fans wanted to know if Randolph and Powell are friends or something more.
“I think my personal life is so separate than my work life,” Randolph told Bustle in an interview published in February 2026. “And I understand that my job is something public, and I’ve chosen that … but I just think for my peace of mind, I just try to keep those things as separate as possible. And it’s hard, but it’s important to me.”
The actress added that Powell is a “wonderful actor.”

Us Weekly broke the news in December 2025 that Michelle Randolph started casually dating Glen Powell.
One month later, the Landman actress addressed the online chatter.
“I think, for peace of mind, those are really important for me to keep separate,” Randolph told InStyle in a profile published in January 2026. “How people perceive you publicly is not who you are.”
She added, “It’s hard to not [read the comments] because it’s so in our face, and everyone’s online. So you see things that you don’t necessarily want to, and then it puts you in a bad mood for the rest of the day or hurts your feelings. It’s not smart to let that define you because that’s not real.”
