Diddy’s New Assault Lawsuit Names CJ Wallace As Accomplice

A new lawsuit reportedly filed earlier this month claims Diddy purportedly threw a Notorious B.I.G. shirt covered in semen at a man. Now, it’s been revealed that the same lawsuit also accuses the late rapper’s son, CJ Wallace, of playing a role in a separate alleged incident involving the music mogul. Here’s what the alleged victim is accusing him of…

Details On The New Alleged Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Diddy & CJ Wallace

The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, claims an incident that occurred in 2020 at a Revolt TV location, the media company formerly associated with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. According to the complaint, obtained by TMZ, Doe was allegedly lured to the site by a group of men, including CJ Wallace, via a Combs Corporations vehicle. Doe says he thought he was attending a business opportunity. Instead, he was purportedly ambushed and led to a room where Combs was waiting.

The lawsuit further states that Doe’s head was held by others while Diddy attempted to reportedly force oral sex on him, screaming that his Bad Boy career was over as punishment for a prior clash. Doe believes the assault was photographed as “humiliating evidence” and says he was later driven home by CJ Wallace, entrepreneur Willie Mack, and others, while still reeling from the trauma.

Doe Mentions Notorious B.I.G. Shirt Incident In Lawsuit

The lawsuit doesn’t stop there, though. Days before the alleged Revolt TV assault, Doe claims Diddy took things to a low by masturbating onto a Notorious B.I.G. shirt and throwing it at him, per Page Six. Doe claims the incident occurred in September 2020, when he, Diddy, and a couple of others visited an LA warehouse where Biggie’s belongings were being stored.

After drugs were allegedly provided, some people paced around the warehouse while Diddy and Doe ended up in a room. There, the lawsuit claims Combs was watching adult content on his phone. He then allegedly looked for a piece of clothing to masturbate into. This reportedly prompted him to grab one of Biggie’s old shirts.

After reportedly ejaculating, Diddy allegedly threw the shirt on Doe’s lap, laughing and proceeding to say, “RIP Biggie.” Additionally, the plaintiff also describes a sit-down meeting where Diddy purportedly groped him and made explicit threats of sexual violence.

Doe Says He Felt Betrayed After The Alleged Assault, Diddy’s Attorneys Respond

Doe says CJ Wallace, Mack, and others promised him business deals to smooth over his issues with Diddy. But these were just a ruse to lure him into the assault. Now, Doe is seeking damages from Wallace and all defendants. He claims the ordeal left him emotionally scarred and betrayed by those he trusted.

Diddy’s legal team has already responded to the lawsuit, telling the publication:

“Mr. Combs’ trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges proves what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone […] but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”

Combs’ Recent Legal Win And Upcoming Sentencing

The new lawsuit arrives after Diddy’s almost two-month-long RICO and sex trafficking trial came to an end. In a federal case that wrapped on July 2, Diddy was found not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking involving Cassie and another woman, known as “Jane.”

However, the jury convicted him on two lesser counts of transportation for prostitution under the Mann Act. His sentencing is set for October 3, and with time already served since his 2024 arrest, Diddy’s team is reportedly seeking a lighter sentence.
