Sharay Hayes, also known as “The Punisher” from Diddy’s alleged freak-offs, has given one of his first televised interviews since testifying in the music mogul’s trial earlier this month. And when Hayes was asked about his feelings regarding Cassie and what she claims she endured during her many alleged freak-offs, Hayes issued some words of remorse.

Sharay Hayes Offers Cassie A Sincere Apology
Sharay appeared on CNN on Tuesday, May 27, when he was asked about the ‘Me & U’ singer and what he made of her comments to the jury in Diddy’s trial. When pressed on what he’d say to her after her tough trial testimony, Hayes kept it all the way real, saying he felt bad about it.
But during his appearance in court, “The Punisher” had already stressed that he didn’t witness any abuse between Cassie and Diddy when they would meet him for these freak-offs. Nonetheless, the accusations Cassie has made have left Sharay stunned as he shares his remorse for potentially contributing to Cassie’s trauma.
“I would apologize because, um, I had no idea knowing the case and what she was going through,” he said, looking visibly serious as he talked about the situation. “If, you know, obviously, my involvement furthered her suffering… It’s tough to hear.”
Raised by a single mom and grandma, Hayes said he’s got nothing but respect for women, making his regret hit even harder. “I would apologize to her and, you know, tell her that I was really remorseful and regret if I contributed to a bad experience for her,” he added.

What “The Punisher” Said About Diddy On Trial
Testifying in Diddy’s trial, Hayes revealed he first met Cassie and Diddy back in 2012 at the Trump International Hotel in NYC, per ABC News. A woman using the alias “Janet” (which was later ID’d as Cassie Ventura) hit him up on a male escort site, claiming she wanted him to come over for her birthday party and that her “husband” was cool with it.
When Hayes arrived, Cassie greeted him in a bathrobe with nothing underneath and a wig, handing him $800 to set up a “sexy scene.” Diddy watched from the sidelines as the pair drenched their bodies in baby oil. Hayes said he avoided eye contact and conversation with Combs as instructed. He told the jury he had several freak-offs with the pair but never witnessed anything unusual — or any abuse — between the pair during their encounters.
Cassie Welcomes Her Third Child With Alex Fine
In the midst of all this drama, Cassie’s still out here thriving as she welcomed motherhood once more. TMZ reports that on Tuesday, May 27, the same day as Hayes’ interview, Cassie welcomed her third child, a baby boy, with her husband, Alex Fine, at a New York hospital.
After nearly a week of pouring her heart out on the stand about alleged sex trafficking, Cassie’s delivery went smoothly, and both she and her lil’ man are doing great, per the publication. As of yet, there’s been no word on the little fella’s actual name, but we’re sure the proud parents will share that in due time.
Cassie and Alex were already parents to two daughters, Frankie Stone, 5, and Sunny Cinco, 4.
