On July 19th and 20th, Daiya’s Dairy-Free Lifeguards hit New York City parks to hand out free cheese slices and coupons to save picnicers and park-goers from drama around the grill. This activation during peak BBQ season had Daiya step in, whether groups had forgotten the cheese for burgers or people found themselves disappointed by a dairy-free option that refused to melt. Ensuring no one settled for less at the grill, Daiya’s Dairy-Free Lifeguards visited McCarren Park, Prospect Park and Fort Greene Park to hand out hundreds of free melty cheese slices and free product coupons.
