Women benefit from working with their cycle rather than against it, and FOLM is a new fitness studio in Los Angeles designed to help women optimize their energy, reduce burnout, and tap into the natural rhythms of strength, recovery, and resilience. Classes at FOLM are made to ebb and flow, focusing on gentle sculpting on low-energy days and plugging into high-energy circuits when vitality peaks.

Although FOLM is named after the four cycle phases (follicular, ovulation, luteal and menstrual,) it’s not limited to those who don’t menstruate, those who have PCOS, endometriosis, or are approaching or experiencing menopause. Ultimately, FOLM is all about meeting the body where it’s at and moving mindfully rather than causing hormonal stress.
