Every Kýpelos bowl begins with a base of either basmati rice, pasta with parmesan or quinoa. After choosing one of these three options, guests can personalize their meal with Mediterranean favorites like grilled veggies and crumbles of feta, plus spicy harissa and Taziki’s signature taziki sauce. Protein-wise, these customizable bowls can be enhanced with everything from grilled lamb, beef or salmon to falafels.
Kýpelos gets its name from the Greek word for “bowl” and it pays tribute to the ancient art of pottery as both utilitarian and community-centered.
