The IHOP Cookie Butter pancakes have been announced by the diner brand as its upcoming Pancake of the Month that’s expected to be a hit amongst diners of all ages. The menu item consists of the brand’s signature buttermilk pancakes infused with cookie pieces and slathered with Biscoff Cookie Butter to give each bite a sweet, caramelized flavor. The pancakes come topped with whipped topping and additional cookie crumble to further enhance the sweetness.

The IHOP Cookie Butter pancakes can be ordered on their own or as part of a combo meal that will include two pancakes, two bacon strips or two pork sausages, two eggs and hash browns. The pancakes play to the popularity of the cookie butter flavor profile in recent months amongst foodies of all ages.
