Crate & Barrel and Daniel Humm have announced a new partnership that will see the decor retailer stocking a range of wares each approved by the chef and restauranteur himself. The collection boasts a Bauhaus inspiration that puts a minimalist aesthetic in the spotlight with Montreux Wine and Champange Glasses, a Japanese Clay Cooking Pot and more. The various pieces pay homage to the style that the chef gravitates towards to give fans and design fans alike the inside scoop on what he finds beautiful.
Humm himself commented on the collection with Crate & Barrel saying, “With this collection, I am inviting you into my home. The pieces reflect the same philosophy I bring to the kitchen every day: simplicity, intention, and a deep respect for craft. I wanted to reimagine the tools we use in the kitchen through the lens of design and purpose. I hope this line inspires others to find beauty in the details and meaning in the everyday rituals of gathering and sharing food.”
