Cost-Conscious Clothing Campaigns : Primark ‘Never Basic’ campaign

The Primark ‘Never Basic’ campaign is a new marketing endeavor from the brand that’s arriving for the spring and summer season to showcase some of the high-quality, low-cost staples shoppers can find at their nearest location.

The campaign will run across the brand’s 462 stores in 17 markets as well as on its social channels and will spotlight the ways in which its various basics are anything but boring. The campaign focuses on products for men, women and kids like 100% cotton tees, shorts, styles crafted with Recover recycled cotton and more. The various items are competitively priced starting at £2.50.

Chief Customer Officer Michelle McEttrick spoke on the Primark ‘Never Basic’ campaign saying, “Customers everywhere are seeking value like never before and more than half of consumers across our 17 markets say they’re not expecting their personal finances to improve in the coming months. In our Never Basics campaign, we want to challenge the perception that low prices mean compromising on quality and demonstrate you don’t need to spend more to get great looking basics you can wear over and over again.”
