Clover Health and IPC Digital Health

Clover Health and IPC Digital Health have announced a new partnership for a new pharmacy pilot project that’s intended to help seniors better manage their medications. The program will make use of the IPC iCare Independent Pharmacy Network that boasts thousands of community-focused pharmacies across New Jersey. The program will also see local pharmacies able to deploy care tools and services that will help Clover members who are managing chronic conditions to stay on track with their medications, which could help them to avoid healthcare complications.

CEO of Medicare Advantage at Clover Health Jamie Reynoso spoke on the Clover Health and IPC Digital Health partnership saying, “This is more than a new program—it’s a new model for how we support our New Jersey members. By working with the pharmacists who are already embedded in our communities, we can deliver better care, deliver amazing customer experiences and support the independent businesses that keep New Jersey strong.”
