Clean the Sky – Timeless Racer E-Bikes

Clean the Sky - Positive Eco Trends & Breakthroughs

The Beachman ’64 is a retro-styled electric two-wheeler introduced by Canadian manufacturer Beachman in July 2025. Drawing its aesthetic from 1960s café racer motorcycles, the model features a low-slung steel frame, classic instrumentation and a twist-throttle interface. Classified as a Class 2 e-bike (and registerable as a moped in many jurisdictions), it delivers higher top speeds than conventional electric bicycles while requiring no special license or insurance in most regions, and it carries a base price of USD 4,800 for the 2.88 kWh battery variant.

Propulsion is provided by a 72 V brushless hub motor capped at 500 W in e-bike mode, paired with a removable lithium-ion battery offering up to 55 miles of range; an optional 3.6 kWh pack extends range to 70 miles. Three ride modes—E-bike (20 mph), Moped (30 mph) and Off-Road (45 mph)—are complemented by regenerative braking and an 80 percent fast-charge capability in three hours. Beachman emphasizes mechanical simplicity over app reliance, using analog controls and LED indicators to deliver an engaging yet straightforward user experience.
