Soorty’s partnership with Rieter represents a significant advancement in sustainable denim production. By integrating Rieter’s high-efficiency spinning systems — which include precision ring spinning and automated winding machines, Soorty enhances its ability to manufacture diverse, high-performance yarns while reducing energy consumption and waste. The enhanced functionality allows Soorty to process 22 different fiber types, including natural, recycled, and synthetic materials.
A key aspect of this initiative is the incorporation of Haelixa’s DNA-based traceability technology, which ensures full transparency from raw fiber to finished garment. This addresses growing consumer and industry concerns about supply chain accountability, providing verifiable proof of ethical sourcing and production integrity. Additionally, Soorty’s Organic Cotton Initiative supports over 1,000 farming families in Pakistan, promoting organic agriculture and empowering rural communities.
This collaboration aligns with the increasing demand for eco-conscious textiles and sustainable denim production.
