The AGCO Agriculture Foundation has partnered with Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) to support young farmers and entrepreneurs who are working on eco-friendly farming solutions. Through a $450,000 grant over three years, the program will help 30 young leaders, called ‘Youth AgriChampions,’ bring their ideas to life.
These AgriChampions, ages 18 to 40, will receive training, mentoring, and seed funding to develop projects that make farming more sustainable and climate-smart. Their work may focus on reducing emissions, using digital tools to improve crop efficiency, or finding new ways to protect the environment while growing food.
The goal is to support new ideas that help communities grow food more responsibly—using fewer resources and creating less waste. By empowering the next generation of farmers, the program hopes to build greener agri-food systems and reduce the impact of farming on the planet.
