Clean the Sky – Reusable Sustainably-Minded Water Bottles

Clean the Sky - Positive Eco Trends & Breakthroughs

Nalgene Outdoor has introduced the GloWyld collection, a glow-in-the-dark series of 32-ounce wide-mouth bottles featuring five nature-inspired designs that draw on bioluminescent creatures and radiant landscapes. Each bottle is made in the USA from material derived from 50 percent recycled plastic under an ISCC certified mass balance process, and retains Nalgene’s signature durability, leak resistance and dishwasher safety. After brief exposure to sunlight or artificial light, the bottles emit a sustained glow that can function as a lantern for backcountry camping, a safer and more sustainable alternative to single-use glow sticks or as an emergency visibility aid when clipped to gear or stored with survival supplies.

The launch of GloWyld aligns with a growing consumer emphasis on purpose-driven products and sustainable innovation. The global sustainable consumer goods market, valued at USD 382.6 billion, has expanded at a compound annual growth rate of 7.7 percent, with 74 percent of U.S. consumers willing to pay a premium for eco-friendly offerings. By combining storytelling-driven design with circular economy principles and verified sustainability practices, Nalgene’s GloWyld bottles exemplify how performance and environmental responsibility can coexist in daily-use products.
