Jewellok Technology introduced its Photovoltaic Specialty Gas Cabinet and VMB Gas Cabinet on August 22, 2025. The Photovoltaic Specialty Gas Cabinet stores and distributes ultra-high-purity gases such as silane, nitrogen trifluoride, ammonia, nitrous oxide and hydrogen chloride for processes like chemical vapor deposition, etching and doping. It combines intelligent automation, an electropolished 316L stainless steel interior with a 5Ra finish and real-time sensors for pressure, temperature and leak detection to maintain gas purity above 99.9999 percent and enable predictive maintenance that can reduce downtime by up to 30 percent.
The VMB Gas Cabinet delivers precise gas mixing and flow control through high-pressure pneumatic diaphragm valves and regulators rated for corrosive media at temperatures up to 200 °C. Offered in semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations, it features fast-response control valves, a compact footprint that halves installation time and a cleanroom-ready user interface. Redundant safety measures such as automatic shutdown protocols and exhaust gas scrubbers ensure compliance with SEMI S2 and NFPA standards, while IoT-enabled remote monitoring allows centralized oversight of multiple units. These cabinets together aim to boost yield, lower operating costs and support scalable photovoltaic manufacturing.
